At Prettyful Creations, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. For custom orders, events, or any other services deemed appropriate by Prettyful Creations, a 50% deposit is required upfront. This deposit is non-refundable. In the event of the customer's cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. However, the deposit will be fully refunded if Prettyful Creations cannot fulfill the order.

Once the custom order or service has been completed, any remaining balance must be paid in full before the order is released or the service is provided. We do not offer refunds for completed custom orders or services unless there is a defect or error. In such cases, we will rectify the issue to the customer's satisfaction.
