at Doundrins Distillery(Cottage Grove, WI) SEPT
Join me on September 9th or October 19th for a 2hr in person workshop and learn to pyrograph aka wood burn and paint a fall gnome on wood. Discover how and why painting on wood differs from painting on paper. I will share some insider tips with you.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expect to have fun, while creating, socializing, drinking and enjoying. And what's more! In the end you get to go home with your masterpiece that is pretty and beautiful and ready to use.

Pyrography tool (for use in class)

Step by step guidance from instructor

WHAT WE ARE DOING:
We will graphite trace a pumpkin holding fall gnome and some words on a wood board. Gauri will show you how to wood burn the design. Then we will moisture proof the board and proceed with coloring the gnome.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Just yourself. All other tools and material are provided!
Minimum 4 participants needed for workshop to happen. Participants will be refunded if the workshop is cancelled due to low enrollment or by instructor.

Make Hand Painted Ornaments
at Doundrins Distillery (Cottage Grove, WI)
Join me on for November 10 for a 2hr in person workshop at Doundrins Distillery and make 2 hand painted ornaments just in time for holidays. No prior skills required. All tools, templates, and materials provided.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Expect to have fun, create memories and make new friends.
What's more! In the end you get to go home with your masterpiece that is functional and to be cherished for years. This class will be relaxed and fun.

WHAT WE ARE DOING:

We will learn the dos' and don'ts of painting on wood

We will learn to graphite trace a gnome and a WI state outline
-
Paint a night sky or your choice colors background
Participants are given step by step guidance by Gauri.
